| When I was planning on selling my condominium in Steamboat Springs, I asked a long-time condo facility maintenance manager, a friend of mine, for a recommended real estate agent. Carol performed managing the sale, exceeding my expectations, despite having to put the unit on the market at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
